Where Can I Find My Certificate Expiration Date?
Simply navigate to the "My Certificates" link in the navigation. If you are an administrator and would like to see all certificates issued to your users, navigate to: Settings --> Certificate Management --> (Training Name) to see certificates for that training.
How Many Users Can A Single Company Have?
Every company can have unlimited users and locations for the base subscription rate. Please remember that the base subscription does not register users for training. Each training is discounted as a result of the subscription but must be paid for on a per-user per-training basis.
Do I Need To Send My Certificate To My State?
Every state is different when it comes to this. Please be sure to check with your state to find out what it's requirements are.
Do I Need To Be a Company Owner To Sign Up?
Each account is intended to be for a single company; however, this is not necessarily a requirement. A single individual could certainly sign up and enjoy all of the benefits of a SafeT1st certification.
How Long Does Each Certification Last?
This is entirely dependant on both the type of certification and your state. The good news is that SafeT1st takes care of tracking this for you! Be sure to check your My Certificates section or the certificates management section to see each individual expiration date.
How Do I Cancel My Subscription?
We hate to see you go! In the case that you would like to cancel, please navigate too: Settings --> Company Settings --> Company Details and click the View/Manage Billing button. Your account will remain active through the end of your billing cycle. Before you cancel, we would love to hear from you. Please contact our support team to see if we may be of assistance.
